We offer whole, half and quarter shares. 

If you wish to purchase a beef share, please fill out and sign a contract and mail along with the deposit to the address on the contract. Once received you will be placed on the reserved list. We raise our own cattle from birth so we are limited in how many we can offer, getting your contract and deposit in early secures your share.

 

As of January 2027 we charge $7.00/lb. hanging weight (see FAQ section for more information), this includes standard processing but does not include sales tax, which will be added to the final price once hanging weight is determined. Quarter shares incur a fee of $15.00. Once contract is signed, you are guaranteed your price per hanging weight, as stated on the contract.
